Business Teacher (High School)
At Escuela Sierra Nevada, we are looking for a passionate and innovative Business Teacher to join our academic team for the 2026–2027 school year.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering dynamic and meaningful learning experiences for High School students, fostering critical thinking, independent learning, and real-world application of knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement lesson plans aligned with institutional academic goals.
Teach classes 100% in English using active and innovative teaching methodologies.
Encourage student engagement through projects, debates, collaborative activities, and Project-Based Learning (PBL).
Continuously assess student performance and provide effective feedback.
Create an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
Maintain effective communication with parents and the academic team.
Participate actively in academic meetings, training sessions, and institutional projects.
Integrate educational technology and digital platforms into the teaching-learning process.
Required Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or related fields (official degree and teaching credentials required).
Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at Middle School and/or High School level.
Experience teaching Business, Social Sciences, or Administrative subjects.
Excellent command of English (100% bilingual required).
Knowledge of methodologies such as PBL, flipped classroom, and collaborative learning.
Experience using educational platforms such as Google Classroom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
